Combining connections for one huge pipe?

Ok heres the story, I'll be off to college soon enough and I get 5 ip addresses each are individually capped. Is there any way to "combine" these together and get myself one big fat pipe?

I am guessing this is like 5 public IPs as a part of a DSL type of package?

You might be able to use a load balancing router, but I kind of doubt it. I would think the cap is per subscriber not per IP, unless of course you have multiple accounts.
