LAN properties violations issues

I encountered this problem while opening my LAN icon under network connection.

Error message: You do no thave sufficient privieges to acess connection properties. Contact your adminstrator. iS there anyway that i can resolve this issue through the gpedit?

Can anyone assit on this issue or provide solution to resolve?
