I know most here bash AOL, I don't really like it much either. But here's my situation.

I am trying to configure a shortcut to the AOL website but going from IE.

I did that, but I would like to change the icon for this shortcut to the AOL Icon that has the familiar triangle logo, no border, tilted or rotated to the left by 45 degrees. We used to have this icon on the computer but I can't find it. Does anyone know which file it would be in or could provide a link to the file?

Thanks!

Should be the aol.exe or similar file.

Theres some aol icons here:

Tried the aol.exe. It only had 1 icon. That icon appears as the regular triangle logo in XP, and the same but with a white border box in ME, (same aol.exe file). Not the rotated one, which is kinda what I'm looking for.

Looked at those links, they don't have that icon either.

Got it. Apparently, they (AOL), when they do those periodic updates after you sign off, sometimes change the AOL.EXE file. Well, on my wife's new Compaq laptop, the AOL Icon, contained in the AOL.EXE, is the one I want. So I just made an extra copy of that AOL.EXE. Then I created an IE shortcut for that and pointed the icon to it. The AOL.EXE is a fairly small file.
