This is one for the books that I've never seen - missing toolbar area in folders?

I'm not sure if there was some sort of corruption that occurred or an ornate tweak gone bad. I don't even recall when this occurred or what I did but you know the toolbar you have above your folders that has the File, Search, Back and Forward buttons?

Well there gone on my operating system even when I restored the systems folder options settings to default or in creating a new folder...I'm stumped:confused:

Then locate the ShellBrowser sub-key, open it and delete the ITBarLayout value there.
