Home Server Help Me Plz

Ok i'll cut right to chase

I got 4 PC's at home and i want to use the one pc as a home server but can anyone please take me tourgh the prosess of doing that.

all of the pc are already conected to a network and is all conected to a router but the one pc must have no other perpose than to be a server.

me and my friends also network a lot at my home cause we got broadband internet

plz i need help.

i know how to set a network i ust dont know how to set up sever

I want to know how to set up a DNS server plz need help

o yeah before i forgot i'm using Windows XP

I don't believe you can run a DNS server on WIndows XP. You will need to go to Linux or Windows Server.
