How do you remove a SPAM sales toolbar?? From an HP laptop with XP. THANKJS Happy Holidays

Some of them don't list in the add and remove programs.. so you might have to just search on what its called and find a removal tool to download and use to clean it off.. If they are really intrusive as to taking over all kinds of stuff you might have to run lots of scans for spyware removal in regular and safe mode plus hunt down some files.. just depends on which it is.

I'd first hit Add/Remove programs...remove from there if listed...
Then..even if it was found and uninstalled, use some 3rd party utilities such as Spybot Search and Destroy, and SuperAntiSpyware.
