For a over the counter wax, NXT I would probably say is the best.....I preferred the richness of the paste, however the liquid is fine, Mark..

You need something like that living in a costal area too....

alot depends on how often you want to wax, and what you are looking for. Do you want shine, but less durability? Or something durable, but not a easy on/off application? Or something that that has it all, but costs $$$....

Some sealants have a great shine, but tend to amplify, or shine so much, you see minor scratches in the paint you didn't notice before. Carnuba waxes look great, but might be less durable.... Alot of people use a process-- after a wash they use a clay bar-----then polish, then wax...after that just wax once a month.

tip*-- always use a good microfiber towel to cut down on minor scratches, when removing wax off your car. I even use them to dry my car off after a wash.... good site for a basic purchase---

pics after using Full Molecular Jacket, looked better when the sun was out, metallic paint really popped some flakes... but the products I linked will also give you a nice gloss, and protection...
