Trouble Burning Dvd's

When I burn a dvd in nero 7 they all comes out with the peoples skin blue. Its not my tv tried to adjust it out but didnt work. Any suggestons please help

Method write, select source, unrar it and select the file, click burn

avi files for dvd ?
If he downloaded it from net it's iso or img file and if he opens it inside are vob files.
Hope you got NTSC version :)

Use DvdFab 1st it will send to a folder and then use DvdShrink then Dvd Decrypyter
