I have a Hitachi vtfx 600c Video tape recorder and can not get it to record at a slower speed it is set at SP - and I want to go to LP mode or EP

any one know how to switch the MODE

Hi Randy: I have no Idea how to get into the Menu to change the settings- I have no Remote and can not find the code to get a after market remote to work to get into the Menu
