I Need Help PLZ !

Hey, i am a new user and i am facing a problem:

I am from lebanon and i have a broadband connection (username and password)

I am using windows XP, when i write the username and password the connection starts, i mean that there become a connection.

BUT the problem is that although i have a connection i am not able to access any website :( :( whatever the site is i recieve:'' page not found ''.

So if someone can help me get rid of this problem, this would be great..

When your ISP gives you a username and password for the first time that you log in, you have to go to the ISP's website to change your usename and/or password first.

After this is done, you disconnect and then reconnect again with your new username and/or password before using the internet.

If you are not sure, you should call the ISP tech support team to confirm. They should have a 24-hr phone service.
