Problem w/webroot Spy Sweeper

I down loaded the latest version of Spy Sweeper from their website and tried to load it. On rebooting, I got an error message to the effect that the installation was damaged and to try re-installing. I did this two more times before deciding to un-install the program and trying again. I was unable to use their un-installer because a file is missing. How can I get this program completely off my machine without using their un-installer? Any help will be appreciated.

Delete its folder in program files.

Run ccleaner, if you dont have it, http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds.aspx no toolbar link wont install yahoo toolbar

When you run ccleaner, go to tools and the uninstall section, find its listing and choose delete entry, then go to the Issues section and scan teh registry and fix the problems it lists.
