Is there a reason XP is not letting me see this folder?

I have been having a problem with not being able to play DRM protected files in windows media player. The knowledge base says for my problem i should restore by deleteing the drm file. Windows registry tells me is in documents/allusers/DRM. My file options are set to show everything, but windows still won't let me see the bloody file.

I tried making a folder called "drm" and i got an error in that directory saying a file by that name already exists, even though its invisible. So its there.

I can access the drm file via the command window, but when I try to delete it, it says it doesn't exist.

Besides the show files box did you uncheck "hide OS protected files"?
