I do not know if this is possible but I have been searching to no avail and even ask Linksys today if it was at all possible and he said no So I will ask here it seems more people here have a lot of insight on how to do things so here it goes.
I would like to setup:
1. Actiontec Modem/Router model # GT704GW (for my ASDL with Verizon) and is active. But I do not like the GUI for it :-/
2. a linksys WRT54gs V6 ( standard linksys firmware) router not hooked up yet but would like it in another room for a laptop computer and Xbox live, etc.
3. a Linksys WRT54GS V4 " FON Firmware on it (not hooked up either yet)
4. I will have a Desktop hooked up for hardwired to the Actiontec modem/router
Now what I hope and would like to do is. Have the ERT54GS v6 hooked up wireless to the actiontec modem router and then the FON router hooked up however to let it do what it is suppose to do and me have the uninterupted access to my network with out anyone else getting on it?
