Windsurfer Reflectors - EZ12

I'm trying to boost my router (Linkysys BEFW11S4) signal by putting together a couple of Windsurfer Reflectors from freeantennas.com (specifically, THIS (http://www.freeantennas.com/projects/template2/index.html) one) I've heard they have surprisingly good effect.... but I've hit a snag.

Exactly behind WHICH part do I have to paste the aluminum foil? I would paste it behind both parts, but I'm afraid that might cause interference in the design. I keep reading it's the "Sail" part which needs the aluminum foil..question is...WHICH one is the "Sail" part??

Is it the bigger "freeantennas.com" with the surfing dude part, or the bent "WINDSURFER" part that goes in front?

To me it seems like the one on the bottom..with the six slits. That's the reflector...the other part is just a mount for it..to hold it in position on the antenna.
