Hope someone can give me some advice.
I got a new laptop a few days ago.
It had a wireless card in it when i bought it
I use the laptop at work and at home. At work it picked up the BT wireless router and asked for the wep key and works fine (as my old one did previously)
However at home I can connect wired directly no problem but my wireless connection seems slow and constantly disconnects me and so I gave up on it last night.
Can anyone suggest why this might be (its a sweex wireless router, no change) and my previous laptop worked fine with the router
I cant understand why it worked before on the old laptop, but the new one is ok at work?
Whether its relevent or not i'm not sure but when i click to see the available wireless routers it does also show me a 'belkin' which i assume to be our neighbours
Thanks for any advice or what you think the most likely cause to be
