virus found,,,need help

I scanned with AVG Free today and it found this,AVG will not fix it or delete it or archive it,it says there is a patch on Win update,for this MS03-011,but it says it won't install on my system since I have WIN2K with SP4,it says it's for SP3,so why did AVG find it?I am fully up to date on Win update,is it just soemthing that AVG does'nt like but it's ok? or should I get rid of them and if so,how?
AVG allowed me to move the one,but not the rest.
and the trojan,it does'nt allow me to remove either.

Use CrapCleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com/) and it will clear out your Java cache which should remove things. Also, you should do a free online scan from BitDefender (http://www.bitdefender.com), it's probably the best free online scanner that removes all that it finds.

Glad it worked. Also Dan, if memory serves me right this was also due to a vulnerability with Java, so you should update to the latest version Java Sun 5.0 Update 7 (http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp).
