I've been playing AA on line for about 2 years now and all the sudden this week when i try to play my ping just goes eraticly out of control.Now i use a wrt54gx2 router(linksys) and a wg311t pc card(netgear),singnal is always very good to excellent,and if i roll mouse over the lil icon in the task bar i see a speed of 54mps which is what it has always said. I really need some help here i've reached my wit's end.

Upload Speed: 239 kbps (29.9 KB/sec transfer rate)
are these speeds ok for a cable connection(charter pipeline) and the above listed equipment?
