DSL "Speed Stream" Wireless

Hello Everyone,

I am having a problem that is causing me to lose my hair.. "no not my wife" haha

Actually I have a Speed stream modem "wireless DSL" 6520 everything works however when I encrypt my signal no matter what I use 64, 128 ect.. my machines are not able to connect to it. My signal is about 70%

If i turn off wireless "security" they connect.. naturally when I enable security I sync everything passwords ect. so that it should connect..

Any ideas? I mean I don't want to leave my wireless open.. but if I don't the machines have a hard time to connect..

What OS? If XP..fully updated? Using the XP wireless config utility or 3rd party?

Same issue if you use WPA instead of WEP? (without checking that models specs..assuming it supports WPA)
