I just want to make sure it's 'legit' before I start uploading my music and movies there...

I had a friend who used it for all his media files, music ect. It did fine for him for a couple of weeks but when he got close to the max it was hard for him to get anything. Finaly he lost everything, Close to 5000 songs and other content. Only excuse he got was that his account was deleted during a server change. Take a chance if you want but i would back it up and keep it home..Good Luck
