no.but i noticed when i have my television off my connection is pretty good.when its on my connection goes off and on.

i did the ftp speedtest and for some strange reason my computer works fine now.

That probabbly is a good sign that something is up with the cable setup is off

I have a belkin router and I keep losing connection to my cable, if I disconnect the router I dont lose connection. Does anyone know what may be the problem?
