Hi,
Just for grins I decided to do a tracert to the DNS servers I am allowed to use with Comcast. All of them take a minimum of 10 hops to get to the DNS server............. That includes a few ringers that I added at the recommendation of some learned people, 4.2.2.1 - 4.2.2.6, etc. Surely, there is a way to get Comcast to change its routing tables. Is there?
The routers are obviously out of my control since they're on the other side of the Comcast IP.
TIA.
Cheers!
