Belkin Wireless Router

I have the Belkin Wireless Router/hub and i use cable modem on my LAN. All the 3 PC's can connect to the internet but using the same IP of my ISP.
1 PC is connected wireless.
2 pc connected though the router/hub

Is there a way to connect them to the internet not using the same IP address from my ISP/Host without buying a proxy server programs?
