Help w/ZoneAlarm and programs as Server

All of a sudden, my IE, Netscape and SpywareBlaster (when I tried to do an update), asked me to allow them to be a Server, from within ZoneAlarm.

At first I said DENY and I couldnt get IE or Netscape to pull up pages. So I ALLOWED it and now I can surf.

I was surfing fine, just a few minutes before this happened, no problem.

Have I been attacked, hacked or otherwise compromised?

I rebooted and also did a Network Connection Repair (which failed on clearing the DNS cache), but still couldnt surf with this server denied setting.

So far I updated Spyware Blaster, updated and ran Spybot & Ad-Aware, no problems found.

Also I ran a full AVG Virus Scan and nothing showed up.

Anyone have any ideas?
