We have had home for about three moneths. It is a one way service. from 6pm to about 1030pm it takes one to three hours to get connected. Everyday they say the problem will be resolved the next day. I guess just more lies to get our money. Home doesnot seem to be very honest.
Do you have a way to keep it connected I heard about this about half a year ago for that area that they didn't have enough connections for the dialup end I would have thought they would have resolved it by now.

I used this program to keep the oneway connected till they switched it over to the ywo way. It worked real well.
