We run SonicWall global vpn and I need windows to use that as a dialup connection during the logon, so that a new user can be added to the laptop, any ideas?
Thanks,
Trip:confused:
A few questions:
- what model SW?
- Firmware?
- What version of GVPN client are you using?
- what OS on the laptop?

1.not sure
2.not sure
3. version 3.1.0.556
4.XP pro

Since you're using the 3.x GVPN client, I'll assume it's a gen4 or newer device. The short answer is.... no. You can't. The user needs to have cached credentials. This is a shortcoming IMO of the GVPN. The older ver.8 safenet client allowed this, but the newer client does not.
