Whats the most effective cable tweak for lower pings?

And btw, GENERALLY, are xdsl pings better than cable pings???????

well the speedguide tweaks have always worked for me

but as for pings that's more ISP dependent, it's up to them to have good routers and such that can handle high loads on them and heavy traffic, and it's up to your isp to filter out things such as people running servers on the cable lines that make peoples pings higher....
