Authentication

OK. I'm not quite sure how to do this so I'm gonna try to explain it.

I want to create a webpage on my system that requires users to read an agreement and login with their ID before they are allowed to browse the internet/check e-mail etc. If they try to type in a web address before they login it should redirect them to the login page. How do I accomplish this. Thanks for all your help.

If your budget allows...sounds like you need to move to a Proxy server. ISA for example. You can get a proxy server to challenge for authentication upon launch of a browser....and can set a home page to an intranet page...not sure how to set it to hit the intranet "Employee computer use" page then challenge to authenticate though.
