please help me!!!
I have a cable-connection for about two years now
http-transfers are never above 20k/sec and usually around 2-4k/sec
the ISP=Sonera
since they have a monopoly-position, I can't switch to another ISP, so I'm stuck with this very slow connection
so what I'd like to know is: Is it possible to speed up my connection? (some users on the same network using the same cable-modem claim to have speeds which are usually higher than 100k/sec
so why couldn't I get such a speed too?
btw, with k/sec, I mean KiloByte/sec
