Need to set the default gateway for users according to the domain which they are in . How would I achieve this?

You talking about in the DHCP on the server? Or locally on the workstations?

Is each domain on its own subnet or VLAN? If that is the case then I would see each domain as having its own DHCP server, and thus it is just a matter of entering the information you want passed on to have the proper settings on the clients.
