Same old story just got off the phone to my suprise tech answered in under 1 min, just called to check status. Tech said Sac area

WOW! So you are paying $37.50 for speeds that are the same as 56k dial-up? LOL! This is unbelieveable. They won't credit me anything until the problem is resolved. And even then no one will tell me anything about how much they are going to credit me. I am going to demand that they give me my money back. I am at work all day when they have decent speeds and then I come home and its 56k dial-up speeds. I can get that for free!!! MAN IS THIS FRUSTRATING!!!

dray_heinz Thats bs bro the are shafting you man, so far I have only paid for the service for the first month which was before this problem occured so far I have been credited withn out a problem up to this date try talking to billing next time you call if you havnt allready

this is how they reimburse credit. they'll check how many times called and complain. so lets say you called 5 times. they'll credit you back for 5 days. but if you're just getting slow down with service, take that amount and divide by two. that's how they calculated my ****. maybe disconnect your cable before you call to get full credit. i dunno..just blabbing.
