I live in holland, and have a Chello ( upc) broadband connection. At first i only reached about 16 Kbyte/s, after the reg tweaks about 150 and above ( the provider still sucks). But with the tweaks i have a serious pl in online gaming ( like hl) and ping over 200. Are there some sort of reg setting to improve ping. Packet size seems to have a bit influence, but i'm no really an expert on these things.... any suggestions?
