I pulled it from my laptop the other day, in excellent condition. Here are the tech specs:
Intel Celeron M 330 Processor 1.4GHz 512KB L2 Cache 479 MFCPGA
400 FSB (interally uses 100hmz with a 14.0 multipler)
Have the older Banias core, which means no speed step. Since this is a pull from my notebook, only comes with a 7 day warranty from me (meaning I'll refund your money if the item is defective when it arrives to you, but otherwise if you buy it, its yours.)
Selling it for $45 USD including shipping.
Also have a single sodimm of 512mb PC4200 DDR2-533 200pin non-ecc ram. It uses Infineon chips on the sodimm, so I'd say it's quite decent. It is brand new and sealed, comes with 1 year warranty.
