Workgroup Problem

Hi every body
my workgroup is Mshome;When I try to see other computers in Mshome workgroup I encounter this message "Mshome is not accssible. You might not have permission to use this network resource....":confused:

what's the reason ? may it be a virus ?

What operating system(s)?
Is there actually more than 1x computer?
Any software firewalls?
If more than 1x computer, how are they setup? Behind a router?
