DVD to CD

Did a hunt, but probally didn't hunt far enough.. I think there was a post on this a while ago...


I got a friend at work that is looking for some software to convert a DVD to a vCD with good quality. I've been telling him to just find a cheap DVD burner but he's using a laptop and an external DVD burner isn't too cheap..Any idea/Suggestions?
