Can only have one Window Open

At my friends Computer. Win Xp, old compuer.

Basically, she can only have one internet explorer window open at a time. If she opens another one, theother one gets closed out.

Any solution?

Does it give you an error or just close? Have you checked event viewer?

it just closes.. BAH event viewer.. i forgot about that, i will check the next time im there
