Cant Connect need help fast

Im using a asus wireless router i have one computer hard wired to it. On the set up page for my router it is getting information from adelphia and is reading connected but i cannot connect to the internet. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Ive spent hours on this already.

Is your PC set to obtain an IP automatically? As well as DNS?

yep dhcp, auto detect ip etc, like i said the router set up says its connected to the adelphia its recieving correct ips i cross checked them from the config window with out the router and just a strait shot and they match unless thats causeing a problem i dunno, i cant find a spot to clone the mac address either.

does your ISP provide you a static ip address or do you have a dynamic ip? what is the interal ip that the DHCP server in the router is giving your pc?

yep just like i said above its getting ip and all just wont connect to the internet
