If you are using XP Pro then you can just set permissions on the directory to deny him when he is logged in as himself.

Im not positive how to password protect it off the top of my head, but its really not hard to create a 2nd account on the computer. In fact it would only take you a couple of minutes tops to do and solves all of your problems.

He already said that.

Have you tried just simply hiding the files?

1.Go Start >> Control Panel
2. Folder Options >> "View" Tab
3. Click "Do not show hidden files and folders" then press ok
4. Go to your file that you want to hide and right click.
5. Click "Properties" then click the "Hidden" box, the click "OK"

Try that.
