Net connection in Mandrake

Here goes my problem. Today I configured internet connection in one of my workstation PC's. It uses Mandrake Linux 10.1. So browser is Mandrake Konqueror. I allowed cookies and clicked on 'Enable java' also. Problem is that none of the mail account is working properly.
