Got this for $39 on Black Friday had some beeping noise a month later and crashed hard in January. :( Might be getting worse in quality, my old Seagates are fine though.

Yeah, you can replace any DVR. Right now, I have Time Warner HD-DVR, once the new setup is done, I'll just get a straight HD box and run everything through my PC.

My mp3s load fast enough on that :thumb:


Only have sata ports open, cant fit a serrallel adapter on it in the case.

No, but the thought is even better, because i have one almsot staring me in the face! I completely overlooked it! That'll even solve my problem with my current 250 pata drive.
