dsl/router problem pls read

ok i work at a hotel and we have a wired router dsl connection now in my room i have a wireless router with 2 comps on the router 1 hard wired and 1 not now when i move the laptop with wireless card from the room to the office and plug in the connection will not work i ipconfig release and all and nothing i restart nothing i diable and re enable nothing i repair and nothing took back to room same problem but the other comp is still pluged in and working but if any comp restarts i.e. office or personal comps cant access the net again sometime the the diable works sometime i have to reset router in office to get it to work if anyone has had this problem pls let me know whats going on guest=very mad my hair=pulled out lol i like internet too help pls
