Recently I have had to replace my Speedstream 5360 with the 5200 model. I used to be able to run my network of 3 computers through a Netgear MR314 Wireless Router [I used the 4 ports in the back though, conencted each comp via ethernet cable] Now since my old speedstream modem died, I cannot get access the internet through my router at all [but my comp will say it has a connection and the lights on the router claim its plugged in] So, now I only have one computer online and half the time it wont access the internet via connection issues, plus to top it off I now have to actually /connect/ using a password and acct, unlike before when It simply was online all the time. I'm running windows xp on all my computers [this one is running pro. ] I really really need this issue solved, if anyone can give some help, sugestions, or ideas into this that would be great. Was also curious if the Speedstream modem with the 4 ports in the back would be better and more reliable for a simple home network. Thanks
