Is it possible for RR users to access other RR newsservers other than their own default RR newserver ?

Yes just try www.houston.rr.com (http://www.houston.rr.com) or www.triad.rr.com (http://www.triad.rr.com) etc it will probably work with anything.

Actually I don't think so due to the password being tied into a geographical server and not being good on others.
