I can't play copmuter games online... I think its my ROUTER!!!

I can't play a computer game on the internet. I think that its my router. One of the people that plays the game said it was my port settings. I have a Linksys 802.11 wirelss router. Please help. Thanks.

I agree that some of the games needs port forwarded if you are playing online behind a router, that is because routers got security settings on them already and it blocks some applications online. Try to check on the game itself on what ports was it using and then forward it on the router by accessing the web interface of the router. hope it helps
