It looks okay. I am sure it's probably as accurate as any other bandwidth test for your connection to that website's test server. Nothing more. Nothing less. It would have to be check over a period of time to see how stable it is. There are many ways to 'test' your speeds and connections. You already have all the tools needed to complete any bandwidth test yourself. Ping. Tracert and FTP. And there's lots of other cool tools out there to test your speeds live, at your end.

Its ok. But not all that accurate. I can clear my cache and it will tell me I have a t3 in which I don't. I run cable. Then sometimes it will hit just right.I usally use Net stay alive from www.analogx.com (http://www.analogx.com) because it tells me my line speed even when I am not on the net. It seem more accurate it always shows the same.
