How to Opitmize this?!

hey- i'm a network administrator, write tons of lines of code every day, and well, am sick of it. anyone know how to opitimize (on a PII266 Win981st and IE5.5 and an @ home cable modem) it says that my window size is not opitimezed for broadband. I know what a window size is, how do i change it and is there a program to do it? or do i have to write one.... :rolleyes: ;)My page (http://24.181.223.253)<- Send me some e-mail, i wish to make an overclocking site, but don't wanna start from scratch.. :rolleyes:

To set your window size (RWIN) do this:
Download lastest version of Dr. TCP from http://www.dslreports.com/front/drtcp.html
This is just a shortcut to your registry.
1.) Select your adapter
2.) Window Scaling- Yes
3.) Time stamping - No
4.) Selective Acks - Yes
5.) Path MTU Discovery - Yes
6.) Max Duplicate ACKS - 3
7.) TTL - 32 -64 (Nothing to do with speed)
8.) Blank boxes only mean default value is being used
9.) Do not change numbers in these boxes unless you know what you are doing.
