Hey RicRogue. I live here and have Time Warner Road Runner. Pretty good! I wouldn't try DSL here cuz ive heard problems about it. RoadRunner is great though. Capped at 2Mbps and up cap is at 512 kb/sec. It usually hits the download cap but the upload speed usually gets 350 kb/sec. This help?

Thanks for the reply. It helps greatly. Right now I'm capped at 128. 512 would be OMG. Do you live in Milwaukee?

Yup. I live here and Im running RoadRunner right now. The 512 is never reached must I say. Everyone in Milwaukee RoadRunner gets around 350 kb/sec upload according to dslreports but that is still better than 128. I don't think weve had an outage for months now!

depends on your budget
the east side/close to downtown is a very nice place to live and not that expensive

i cant help ya too much on location cuz i live in a suburb of milwaukee but i have friends that live on the east side (close to downtown)

Where did you hear it was 512kb/sec up? I live in Milwaukee and have the 3com sharkfin cable modem which shows 380kb/sec up in the settings.

He was referring to the cap, not actual speed.
