You really cant, what you're thinking of is putting ram to the irq. I tried that for my old computer because it was onboard and sucked. Well, I didnt see ANY proformance increase at all; so it's not worth your time. The only option you really have is to get a pci video card or to find an old voodoo2 1000 3d acc card.

Newer AGP video cards let you set an AGP Aperature size, which will allocate system RAM for AGP cards (which by design will go out and utilize system RAM when they run out of local memoery) This is done in the BIOS of newer motherboards. But for PCI...what you have on the card is what you get.
Onetrueday, I also tried that IRQ RAM increase for my NIC...like you...didn't see a diff.

You're thinking of dedicating ram to your Nic's irq. I tried that, and it worked for me. It made websites pop up instantly, smoother audio and video content. It may not work for others, but it worked for me!
My connection speed is at 80 times faster than a 56k, and it's 8:40pm CST on a Sunday night. I always get 100 times faster between 10pm to 7am. I'm very happy with those speeds!

Dont think you can, but if its possible, it will be a bios setting, as thats where your ram is allocated from. Best thing you can do, is to invest a few $ into a new video card and disable that onboard one. Trust me, its worth the investment.

After reading the forum on allocating system ram to your nic card, it may be possible to improve your system by allocating in your system.ini file. there is a great acticle on this right on the front page. i will try this myself soon, and check the results, as there seems to be some question as to the effectiveness.
