Rwin not detected

my RWIN on test sites says only 65535 even though Cablenut's settings made it to 332880 in the registry. I installed the VTCP.386 fix and now the test sites say the RWIN is 41600. It just lowered. Is the test site (Dslreports) right or the patch ?

I think it is DSLreports, they reported the same for me. I just look in my registry and the DefaultRcvWindow is set at "332880". Oh well.
