i have a linksey router in my room my grandmother live about 200ft i receive about 10% signal (1bar) when i'm there on my laptop is there a antena or repeater i can place at my grandmother apt that would make my signal stronger and i can pickup the signal from it on my laptop with the 108mbps adapter card

You can try with the repeater model, or, replace the unit with a Pre-N/MIMO unit (like the SRX). I believe you'll have better luck with the latter suggestion.
