Changing Bytes Sent and Received

Okay, I was wondering what program could do the following, Change packet size of sent and change the packet size of receiving....I can only find programs that overall do the changing making it Equeal i guess u could say? Does anybody know a prog that would actually let me change these manually to whatever i want?

You really can't twek the upload or send cablenut has a default send window for a value to change also a default recive if that's the values you are talking about

So there's no way to change the amount of bytes u send or receive?? On windows 98 there was a program that u could load up and change it with... but then again that was a modem...

you could use rwin to give a computer proroty or a program called net limmiter that will only send out so much thoughput to a program. Have the other computers on half duplex will help bandwith distrobution
